(2)Before capital reduction:  The amount of paid-in capital was
  NTD15,988,419,980 the number of common shares outstanding was
 1,598,841,998. Net worth per share was NTD249.91.
(3)After capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was
  NTD15,988,242,990 the number of common shares outstanding was
1,598,824,299. Net worth per share was NTD249.91.
