AEON REIT Investment Corporation (“we” or the “investment company”) hereby announces that it has

determined the details of the debt financing (the “Debt Financing”) for the 19.1 billion yen refinancing fund, due October 20, 2021. Details are as follows.

1. Debt financing is subject to the fulfillment of certain requirements such as the fulfillment of a loan agreement which is reasonably satisfactory to the lenders and the fulfillment of any conditions precedent to the loan which may be agreed separately.

3. If certain requirements with which our written notice is fulfilled during the period between the execution date of the Debt Financing and the repayment dates indicated above, each of the loans is repayable in whole or in part before the maturity date.

(2) Reason for debt financing

The proceeds of the debt financing will be used to finance refinancing funds of 19.1 billion yen (note 1), with a maturity date of October 20, 2021.

(Note 1) The relevant loan was announced in the “Notice on Debt Financing (Determination of Interest Rate) and Entering into Interest Rate Swap Agreements on February 25, 2015”, “Notice Regarding Debt Financing (Determination of Loan Amount and Interest Rate) ”on February 23, 2016, and“ Notice Regarding Debt Funding (Determination of Interest Rate) and Entering into Swap Agreements interest rate ”on March 24, 2017, and“ Notice regarding debt financing (determination of the interest rate) and conclusion of the interest rate Swap Agreements ”on October 18, 2018.
